Huge swimming pool with sun loungers. Large covered entertaining area with dining table and BBQ. 2 living spaces, including a media room. Streaming apps available via Smart TVs (user accounts required; no free-to-air TV reception). Pet-friendly property with fenced front and back yards. 300m walk to Tallow Beach,plus shops and dining at Suffolk Park. Easy access to Broken Head Beach (3km) and Byron Bay (5km). Carport parking behind security gate for 2 vehicles. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
