Take it easy at this relaxing homestay getaway in Lesmurdie, located in the Perth Hills , 15 minute drive from airports and 25 minutes drive to the city.
Parking is available on main driveway for 1 or 2 cars.
You will stay in two rooms with a private en-suite which are in a private wing of our house. It is private, cozy and comfortable with heating in the cooler months and air conditioning during the warmer months.
There is a locked and secure door between your area and the main house.
Your bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with linen and pillows, bed side tables and lamps with ceiling fan. Private en-suite has bath towels, shower, toilet, basin and heating light.
Shutter doors open off the bedroom to another room with table and chairs, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine with milk warmer, toaster and ceiling fan. Plates cutlery and glasses provided.
Provided in your kitchenette are tea (black & green), coffee, milo, coffee pods, sugar & milk. Continental breakfast available in your room with Orange juice, cereal (and Gluten Free option available), Lite milk (and Almond Milk option available), Croissants, strawberry jam, butter, tomatoes & mozzarella cheese.
Smart TV with Live TV, YouTube and Prime Video available and this can be viewed from your queen bed or dining area.
You have access to wi-fi both inside and outside.

The patio area has a gas BBQ with small fridge. We have cooking utensils. reusable plates, glasses and cutlery. We provide this in a Esky which you are also welcome to take with you if your out and about during the day and would like to stop for a BBQ picnic in our area.
Please note - no food or beverages supplied, you will have to organise this yourself.
Your 'Host' Liz is also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. We have a Massage Room located in the main house, exclusive for guests.
Seated massages in our pool area are available in the warmer months.
